Job Description:Following years of development we have launched our fund, and with it an ambitious portfolio of projects.
We need a great project organiser, entrepreneur and servant-leader to help us finish up our data room, support our negotiations then help us deliver the projects once fundraising is complete, ahead of COP 30.
With the opportunity to then join the team permanently, leading your division.
Remotely now, then in the field, at a custom-built work village.Roles & Responsibilities:- Support the team with additional R & D as we plan our initial project areasAssist the team with negotiations and creating compelling proposalsHelp us plan and begin delivering our initial project in the AmazonThe rest, we leave to you to define .

Required Skills & Experience:- A love and care for forest communities and Native cultureA zealous attitude to data, process and structuring forest projectsExperience developing real estate, conservation and carbon programsPrevious experience working in a fund would we awesome, if availableA passion for entrepreneurship and empowering others to succeedTo be versed with EOS and similar performance-focused structuresAgain, the rest we leave to you to decide, with us .
