We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our organization.As a key member of the logistics department, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and sequencing the entry of materials into our facility.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify products received or scheduled to arrive, taking into account collection locations, available vehicles, and deadlines for carrying out activities.Make requests and monitor the availability of vehicles with transportation companies.Send reports on the movement of material for industrialization and monitor the return of empty containers.Be aware of shipments in progress and scheduled for the following periods, making it possible to inform internal customers of the status of receipts.Maintain access to electronic files necessary for better planning of material receipts, updating, and/or ensuring adequate updating by third parties.RequirementsDegree in Administration, Logistics, or Engineering.Advanced English language skills.Experience in cargo planning and inbound/outbound logistics.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Analytical sense and systemic vision.Excellent organizational and communication skills.As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into our facility.You will work closely with internal teams and transportation providers to optimize vehicle usage and meet scheduled deadlines.
