Supportive and positive work culture?Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care (phone, email, WhatsApp, CRM)- Perform both inbound and outbound sales- Promote services through social media and messaging- Create quotes and manage leads in our CRM system- Maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups- Collaborate with marketing to enhance communication strategies- Analyze performance and suggest improvements-Respond to all customer messages in Customer Service, resolving questions, needs, and requests.?Requirements:- Fluent English (reading, writing, and comprehension)- Experience in sales and customer service is a plus- Comfortable with tech tools (Google Workspace, CRM, WhatsApp Web, social media)- Organized, self-motivated, and an excellent communicator- Willingness to grow with the company
