Role OverviewThis position offers a 100% remote work arrangement, providing flexibility and opportunities to work from anywhere in Latin America.A strong understanding of the software development life cycle and database principles is required.The selected candidate will be involved in various aspects of software development, including requirements clarification, design, implementation, testing, and support.They will conduct system analysis, plan, and perform product development work efficiently with minimal support.Responsibilities include designing and developing complex components or sub-components of products, focusing on quality and performance.Mentorship of junior and intermediate developers is also expected, along with analyzing user stories and translating them into task specifications with estimates for junior programmers.Key ResponsibilitiesA minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a software developer, with a strong background in web application development and product implementation.Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications for at least 5 years.Expertise in full-stack development using React (frontend) and C# (backend) is required.A strong understanding of SQL databases, including experience in building and optimizing data-driven applications.Practical experience developing with Azure Functions and working within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.RequirementsA bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.Candidates must possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
