Job Title: Endpoint Management LeaderWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our endpoint management team in maintaining and securing corporate devices across the globe.This role requires a leader with a relentless focus on automation, efficiency, and reducing contact time while ensuring compliance across multiple security frameworks.About the Role:This is a remote position that offers an exciting opportunity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and career development.They will also oversee maintenance, patching, and compliance for Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOne.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 4 engineers, providing technical guidance and career development.Endpoint Maintenance: Oversee maintenance, patching, and compliance for 600+ Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOne.Automation Initiatives: Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact time.Compliance: Ensure endpoints meet compliance requirements.Security Policies: Develop and implement endpoint security policies and procedures.Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships with endpoint management and security solution providers.Troubleshooting: Respond to and troubleshoot complex endpoint issues, maintaining hands-on technical involvement.
