Financial Operations CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to support the financial operations of our organization across multiple entities.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily accounting activities, reinforcing financial controls, and providing essential backup across all key operational processes.Customer Billing & Receivables:Create, validate, and issue customer invoicesManage invoicing workflowsMonitor incoming payments and perform payment matchingExecute customer reminders and maintain updated follow-up trackingMaintain customer reporting and ensure accuracy of receivables dataSupplier Accounting & Payables:Verify and validate supplier invoicesEnsure correct accounting allocation of supplier expensesSupport the monthly payables closing processBank Reconciliation & Treasury Support:Perform reconciliations for multi-currency accountsAssist with treasury tracking and cash flow updatesGeneral Accounting & Reporting:Support the bookkeepingMaintain and control analytical entriesParticipate in quarterly closingsEnsure compliance with internal financial processesCross-Entity Support & Process Improvements:Contribute to standardizing accounting processes across the groupParticipate in internal projects workflow optimization, workflow automation, reporting enhancementImprove documentation and build a finance operational manualThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial workflows.They should also have experience with Odoo and solid Excel / Google Sheets skills.Additional requirements include minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, ability to work across multiple entities and currencies, strong attention to detail, reliability, and autonomy.English is required, and Portuguese or French is a plus.Experience with international accounting environments is appreciated.If you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from youWe know not all great candidates will match 100% of the above requirements.Our hiring process involves three steps:A conversation with your future manager to ensure you meet the role's requirements.A chat with HR to understand you better and ensure a cultural fit with our team.A proposition for us to start working togetherWe offer a remote work environment, flexible schedule, development opportunities, team gatherings, and a wellness fund dedicated to your professional growth and well-being.),
