We are looking for Business Analyst Expert (Mendix) , who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: Be involved analysing complex business problems, designing solutions, and leading change to achieve strategic goals. This role requires a deep understanding of data and systems, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to lead projects, mentor teams, and ensure successful implementation of solutions. Key responsibilities include data modelling, stakeholder management, process improvement, risk mitigation, and creating detailed documentation and reports. Mandatory skills: Minimum proven professional experience of 3 (three) years working on Information Technology projects, preferably in low-code contexts such as Mendix or equivalent platforms ; Experience in gathering functional and non-functional requirements, documenting user stories, and supporting the translation of business rules into digital solutions; Experience in agile projects (Scrum or SAFe), participating in ceremonies, refinements, and delivery validations; Familiarity with data modeling concepts, APIs, and system integrations. Fluent in English. Desirable Skills: Agile practices: Incremental Design, Planning Poker, Refactoring, Automated Testing, BDD, TDD, Pair Programming, Concept of Done, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery; Frameworks: Scrum, SAFe®, Kanban, Lean; Knowledge of Dev Ops and Mendix low-code application development cycles; Understanding of user experience (UX) and design thinking; Ability to analyze KPIs and Mendix application adoption metrics. >>>>> What do we offer?
