Lead end-to-end product design — from user research and concepting to prototyping, testing, and final UI delivery.? Design high-fidelity interfaces in Figma , ensuring usability, scalability, and alignment with the Company's design system.? Measure, test, and learn from pixel-perfect prototypes.? Develop visually striking layouts and creative assets in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects).? Collaborate with engineering to translate design into production-ready components.? Maintain and evolve the Company design system (colors, typography, components, states).? Lead creative agency output - be the final point of review for best-in-class design.? Produce marketing and platform visuals (dashboards, microsites, campaign mockups).? Conduct user testing and translate insights into iterative design improvements.? Advocate for user-centric design thinking across the organization.Key Skills & Tools Design & Prototyping ? Figma (advanced): Auto-layout, component libraries, interactive prototypes, design systems ? Adobe Creative Suite (advanced): Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign UI/UX Expertise ? Data visualization and dashboard interface design ? Responsive web and mobile-first design principles ? Accessibility and usability best practices Bonus Experience ? Experience working in a fast paced and respected creative/ad agency ? Familiarity with Tailwind , Mantine UI , or other React design systems ? Experience with motion design and microinteractions ? Knowledge of brand identity and marketing design workflows ? Understanding of SaaS , analytics , or mobility-tech products What We're Looking For ? 5+ years of professional design experience (agency or product environment)? A strong portfolio showcasing digital products, UI systems, and brand design ? A balance of creative flair and data-driven precision ? Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset ?
