We are seeking a highly skilled Senior User Interface Designer to support our project work, ad hoc design needs, and team coverage during PTO.This role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic, high-impact design initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Support active design projects as needed during staff PTO and overflow periods.Mentor and guide other UI Designers.Define and implement visual direction for project rollouts.Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.Advocate for user-centered design principles with clients and stakeholders.Typical Tasks:Design support for Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).Contribution to case studies and internal initiatives.Long-term design maintenance and system updates.Required Skills and Qualifications:Expertise in Figma, including advanced component systems.Strong understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Google Material Design, and web design best practices.Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).Skilled in design presentation and client communication.Benefits:Full-time availability during EST working hours to collaborate with internal and client teams.Opportunity to contribute to strategic, high-impact design initiatives.Others:Natural ability to ask questions and seek solutions.
