About this role:We are a fast-growing organization in the messaging and voice industry, looking for a seasoned Full Stack engineer to join our high-performance team and build impactful features across our product suite.This is an opportunity to move from slow environments and take ownership of architecture-level decisions, design scalable systems, and lead technical decision-making.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect product ideas to execution, own user experience, performance, and system design.Your key responsibilities will include designing and building high-impact features across Node, Typescript, and ReactJS stack, architecting scalable systems, and leading technical decision-making.You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, taking ownership of user experience, performance, and system design.Requirements:7+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer in SaaS or product-driven environmentsStrong background in software architecture and cloud-based developmentDeep expertise in Node.js, React, and TypeScriptHands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Storage, SQLAdvanced knowledge of PostgreSQL — database design, optimization, and maintenanceSolid understanding of CQRS, DDD principles, and distributed system designExperience in defining and implementing microservice architecturesStrong communicator who can explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical teamsBonus Points:Experience in the messaging, voice, or telecom spacePrior experience working at a fast-paced startupFamiliarity with C# or Onion ArchitectureBenefits:Autonomy, ownership, and the chance to ship real work that gets used every dayClear growth path and high-calibre teammates15 days PTO + 5 sick days + 10 floating holidaysProfessional development budgetHealth & wellness benefitPlease Note:You must meet the technical criteria listed above — this is a senior-level roleYou lack professional experience in SaaS, cloud-based systems, or modern JavaScript frameworksYou're not comfortable working full stack or taking ownership of architecture-level decisions
