You'll work directly on production systems that power critical workflows for major enterprises.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and deploy Next.js applications integrated with AWS servicesDeploy Python backend services to AWS for production environmentsDevelop user and data management features across the full stackImplement SOC 2 compliance requirements and security best practicesWork with RAG systems and LLM integrations to deliver AI-powered featuresCollaborate on architecture decisions that scale to enterprise demandsTechnical RequirementsMinimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience in production environmentsStrong experience with Next.js and modern React patternsProficiency in Python backend developmentHands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, OpenSearch, etc.)Familiarity with Docker buildsUnderstanding of vector databases and RAG architecturesExperience with production deployments and CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks (SOC 2 preferred)Tech StackNext.js | Vercel | Python | AWS | Docker | Vector DBs | LLMsWhat We OfferCompetitive Compensation: R$ 320,000 annually with clear path to R$ 500,000 after 8 months (based on company milestones)Flexible Remote Work: Work from anywhere with quarterly in-person team gatheringsCutting-Edge Technology: Direct work with production AI systems and latest LLM technologiesHigh Impact: Shape core product features used by Fortune 500 companiesGrowth Opportunities: Professional development budget and learning opportunitiesReady to Build the Future of Work?Join us in creating AI solutions that transform how enterprises operate.
