**About Us**:Lagoasoft is a dynamic and growing company in the Software and Digital Marketing sector, focused on delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.We pride ourselves on innovation, collaboration, and excellence.Our team thrives on challenges, and we're looking for a result-driven and organized Project Manager to lead critical projects and help us reach new heights.**Job Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation- Coordinate project teams and manage day-to-day project activities- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues- Regularly update clients and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and solutions- Ensure projects meet quality standards and adhere to company policies- Collaborate with international clients, with potential interactions in German- Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend improvements**Required Qualifications**:- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Project Manager- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills- Experience using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello)- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle pressure**What We Offer**:- Health benefits, including 50% gym voucher- Professional development opportunities- A collaborative and inclusive work environment- The opportunity to work on innovative projects with a talented team**How to Apply**:Tipo de vaga: Efetivo CLT
