Symplicity Brasil is seeking a **.
NET Developer** to join our team and contribute to the evolution of our end-to-end solutions.
As part of a collaborative and innovative environment, you'll be directly involved in enhancing and maintaining our **Internship Management Module**, supporting a large and growing user base.
This is a **hybrid position**, requiring in-office presence **once per week** in **Savassi, Belo Horizonte**.
**What You'll Do**:
- Develop and enhance features of the Internship Management Module.
- Design and implement scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Analyze and resolve support tickets by assessing technical interventions, prioritizing based on criticality, and improving response times.
- Promote best practices in code review, introducing tools and processes that improve code quality and delivery efficiency.
- Present technical sessions to the team, covering code review methodologies and using the C4 Model for architectural modeling and visualization.
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines to deploy fixes and improvements reliably to production.
