Business Development Representative Lead Generation Hubs•sorocaba, estado de são paulo, brDescrição da vagaWhat is our company?Lead Generation Hub (LGH) connects top-tier talent with growing U.S. companies by helping them build a high-quality pipeline.Our clients come to us because they need consistent, qualified meetings, and they stay because our process is intelligent, results-driven, and without any BS.What sets LGH apart is our selective, performance-based network.Everyone who joins us is rigorously evaluated through interviews and practical tests that measure real outbound ability, not only theory and whatever is on your resume.We care about what you can actually do.If you don't meet every requirement but truly believe you can perform at a high level, apply and reach out to us.We value grit, ownership, and confidence.What will you be doing as a BDR at LGH?You'll work remotely as a full-time or part-time Business Development Representative for US companies.That means you won't be prospecting for LGH itself, but for our clients.Your day-to-day will focus on identifying, prospecting, and engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with decision-makers, all through outbound outreach.Cold calling is at the heart of our methodology, supported by social and email outreach.You'll also run weekly pipeline reviews with clients to ensure alignment and progress.All the tools, training, and methodology will be provided.At the same time, we encourage you to bring your own experience, tactics, and learned strategies to do your job and improve the process.QualificationsAdvanced English.You'll be cold-calling and selling in English every day.You must have experience cold calling prospects outside of Brazil/LATAM, preferably to US companies.Proficiency in B2B outbound lead generation techniques, with a results-oriented mindset.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with good time management skills.Strong research and analytical skills for identifying and qualifying high-value leads.Proficiency with CRM software and lead management tools.Nice-to-have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.Core QualificationsCan you walk into a bar or social event and talk to anyone while enjoying it?Can you handle rejection all day and still pick up the phone with energy on the next call?Can you sit in front of your computer and make calls, one after another, for hours?Interview Steps:Interview with a recruiter at LGHPanel interview with LGH leadershipSpeak to a sales psychologist (if necessary)Take a PAID practical assessment – This isn't a simulation.You'll have a few hours to build a live pipeline for a real LGH client.The session is paid ($7.00 USD/hour), and for most candidates, it lasts around 2 hours.Final Evaluation.Only candidates who pass every stage are invited into the LGH elite network.Once you're in, we build your sales-focused resume and represent you to our U.S. clients to help ensure a consistent stream of work and income.#J-*****-Ljbffr
