Sobre nósSomos uma startup recifense focada no desenvolvimento de soluções digitais inovadoras que geram impacto real no setor público.Atuamos em áreas essenciais como saúde, educação e justiça, sempre com o propósito de transformar serviços públicos por meio da tecnologia.Procuramos profissionais que entendam a importância do sucesso dos nossos clientes públicos, tenham compromisso com a geração de valor e saibam atuar em contextos desafiadores e estratégicos.Se você quer fazer parte de uma operação em plena expansão e contribuir com uma equipe estruturada e orientada a resultados, essa oportunidade é para você.Sobre a oportunidadeBuscamos um(a) QA Lead para liderar técnica e estrategicamente o processo de qualidade, com foco importante em otimização e inovação por meio de Inteligência Artificial.ResponsabilidadesLiderar tecnicamente a área de QA, definindo estratégias de testes automatizados e de performance.Liderar e desenvolver o time de QA (mentoria, pairing com devs, code review de testes).Planejar e manter suites manuais e automatizadas (E2E, API, integração, regressão, performance).Implantar/otimizar CI/CD com execução paralela, relatórios e flakiness controlado.Garantir qualidade dos múltiplos contratos e do produto low-code multi-tenant que conta com módulos como UI Builder, marketplace de páginas e customizações white label.Definir e acompanhar métricas de qualidade (defect escape rate, MTTR, cobertura, instabilidade).Orquestrar triagem, priorização de bugs e suportar decisões de risco na release.Melhorar continuamente os processos de qualidade com foco em eficiência e escalabilidade.Principais desafiosEscalar automação cobrindo multi-tenant e variações por cliente.Validar fluxos low-code/no-code (ex.: N8N/ActivePieces) e integrações externas.Testar desempenho e resiliência em picos de carga.Utilização do que há de mais atual de Inteligência Artificial para otimizar os processos já citados.Observabilidade/monitoramento (logs, métricas, tracing).Stack & como trabalhamosAutomação: Cypress, Selenium, Playwright.Performance: K6.Linguagens: JavaScript e/ou Python.CI/CD: pipelines integrados (ex.: GitHub).Plataforma: Vue.js/ReactJS, Node.js/Express, MySQL, REST, GCP (familiaridade desejável).RequisitosExperiência sólida em QA com automação e testes de performance.Vivência liderando QA (definição de estratégia, mentoria e melhoria contínua).Conhecimento de testes funcionais, regressão, exploratórios e não funcionais.Experiência com CI/CD e integração de suites automatizadas.Boa comunicação e trabalho com Produto/Design/Engenharia.Informações adicionaisContratação PJ ou CLT benefícios dependendo do regime escolhido.Remoto, com encontros presenciais ocasionais em Recife.Horários flexíveis, foco em resultados.Aos nossos colaboradores também oferecemos benefícios como check-in premiado no escritório, aulas de inglês gratuitas, descontos em hospedagens e passagens aéreas, e serviços de bem-estar.#J-*****-Ljbffr
