Who We're Looking ForWe seek a dynamic Implementation Specialist who combines strong project management expertise with solid technical knowledge (preferably in the electronic payments industry).
You'll be the bridge between technology and business, ensuring that customer processing implementation projects run smoothly, efficiently, and with long-term impact.
Your ProfileEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering (Master's a plus).
Experience: 3–5 years in project management and technical implementation (experience in the electronic payments industry is highly valued, but not mandatory).
Strong knowledge in:IT systems, networks, and applicationsPayment transaction processing and industry business principlesElectronic payment processing systems, formats, and customer host interface testingAPIs (Java, open languages), network services & development methodologiesSkilled communicator at all levels.Experienced in leading cross-functional and matrix teams.Bilingual: English & Spanish fluency required.
What You'll DoAs an Implementation Specialist, you'll play a critical role in bringing electronic payments solutions to life through a strategic project for Mastercard.
You will:Lead end-to-end implementation projects with clients.Assess customer needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.Oversee system impact analysis, testing, and integration.Provide guidance and training to client teams.Ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with product standards.Act as a trusted partner to clients and industry leaders across LATAM.
