Senior User Experience Design Lead

**Job Description**: We are seeking an experienced senior UI designer to support our design team with strategic, high-impact initiatives.This role involves contributing to the development of visual direction for project rollouts, defining and implementing design systems and style guides.As a senior UI designer at our company, you will be responsible for mentoring junior designers, leading design reviews, providing constructive feedback, participating in project planning and scoping activities, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and developer specifications.You will also ensure designs are accessible and adhere to WCAG and usability standards.**Key Responsibilities:**Develop and maintain design systems and style guidesMentor junior designersLead design reviews and provide feedbackParticipate in project planning and scopingCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and developer specificationsEnsure accessibility and usability standards**Required Skills and Qualifications:**Expertise in Figma, including advanced component systemsStrong understanding of Apple HIG, Google Material Design, and web design best practicesKnowledge of WCAG accessibility standardsSkilled in design presentation and client communication**Benefits:** As a senior UI designer, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, contribute to the development of design systems and style guides, and mentor junior designers.You will also receive training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
