Enterprise Data Quality Strategist RoleAs an Enterprise Data Quality Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing our data frameworks in Databricks.This is a hands-on leadership position that combines technical development with team leadership to design, code, and operationalize scalable pipelines ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across domains.Our ideal candidate will lead the modernization of our data stack, enabling trusted data through Microsoft Purview and Unity Catalog integration.You will drive long-term impact during a key transformation period by shaping the company's enterprise data quality strategy and mentoring junior talent.Key aspects of this role include:Designing scalable data-quality pipelines in Databricks using PySpark and PythonDeveloping automated data profiling, validation rules, and anomaly detection pipelinesImplementing data quality monitoring, alerting, and SLA tracking dashboardsThis is a fully remote opportunity to work with teams across the globe.We are open to candidates based in Mexico, the US, Brazil, or offshore locations.
