Were seeking a Data Engineer to join our remote team and help us solve meaningful problems with clean, scalable data solutions.
What Youll Do
Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines and workflows for batch and streaming use cases.
Write advanced SQL queries and optimize database performance for large-scale datasets.
Work with orchestration tools such as Airflow, FiveTran, DBT, Pub/Sub, or similar to ensure reliable data movement.
Develop and maintain scalable data solutions using Python, Go, Java, or other programming languages.
Architect and manage Postgres, BigQuery, and other DBMS solutions to ensure data quality, availability, and performance.
Build and manage integrations with APIs and streaming data platforms.
Design and optimize data warehouse models to support reporting and analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, ensure data integrity, and deliver actionable insights.
Work with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) to deploy, monitor, and scale data solutions.
Implement event-tracking strategies using tools such as Firebase, GA4, or similar.
What We're Looking For
Expert-level SQL knowledge, including performance tuning and optimization.
Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Java, or similar languages.
Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow, DBT, FiveTran, Pub/Sub, or equivalent).
Deep knowledge of database management systems (Postgres, BigQuery preferred).
Strong understanding of data warehousing design principles and models.
Proven experience in API and streaming data integration.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
Familiarity with event data collection tools (Firebase, GA4, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The job is 100% remote; please ensure you have a comfortable office setup at your desired work location.
