After-sales Reverse Spart Parts Management Job Responsibilities:1. (Process Implementation): Lead the entire process of returning local service machines/bad materials in Brazil (local write-off, local scrapping, local takeout or return to Hong Kong), ensuring compliance with headquarters and local compliance requirements;2. (Reverse Management): Build a reverse visual dashboard to track processing progress (return time, write-off accuracy, bad material inventory), solve anomalies in the process and plan and implement short-term and medium-term solutions;3. (System Optimization): Plan spare parts system optimization needs, sort out business processes and rules and align them with products, track progress to ensure on-time and quality launch;4. (Customer Management): Responsible for agent empowerment, including but not limited to business expertise, process and system operation guidance, complete agent training and track results; implement regional spare parts assessment system, collaborate with agents to monitor operational indicators, locate problems and improve them, and achieve operational goals Job Requirements 1? ?Educational Background?:Bachelor degree, major is not limited, statistics and logistics related majors preferred; 2? ?Communication Requirements?:Good internal and external communication skills.3? ?Working experience?:At least 5 years of work experience, team management experience is preferred, after-sales service spare parts management experience is preferred; 4? ?Skills Requirements?:Project management experience; Terminal Demand Planning, Production Planning, Purchasing Plan related experience is the best; sensitive to data, with good data analysis capabilities, familiar with Python, Tableau, PowerBI and other tools preferred; familiar with inventory management 5??Language Requirements?: English fluently is mandatory.
