We are seeking a talented individual to modernize and transform our existing software, driving high-quality industry and team standards.This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to work in a team environment.The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-stack software development experience with React.js and React Native, as well as C#, C++, or .NET.They must be passionate about learning new processes and code, and have a deep curiosity about banking institutions.Our company is a leading fintech software provider offering innovative banking solutions to enhance operations and improve financial lives.With nearly 300 customers across the United States and the Caribbean, we are backed by a large private equity company and led by financial industry veterans.This position involves writing new features for customers, documenting processes and APIs, assisting with software releases, participating in Agile Scrum activities, and reviewing code for quality.The successful candidate will drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to our mission of delivering cutting-edge banking solutions.Modernize and transform existing softwareWrite new features for customersDocument processes and APIsAssist with software releasesParticipate in Agile Scrum activitiesReview code for qualityRequired experience includes 5+ years of software engineering, experience with React Framework and React Native, primary back-end language such as C#, C++, or .NET, and background with Agile Scrum.Strong communication skills, product sense, empathy for users, and understanding of development ergonomics are also essential.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
