Job TitleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Android Engineer to lead the development of innovative mobile applications with a focus on cross-platform initiatives using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and Jetpack Compose.This role requires a strong understanding of modern Android architecture, including MVVM and Clean Architecture, as well as experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or other cross-platform frameworks.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Android development, proficiency in Kotlin, and hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose.Additionally, exposure to iOS development (Swift or Objective-C) is a strong plus.Key Responsibilities:Architect, develop, and maintain mobile applications leveraging KMP for shared business logic and Compose for modern UI design.Collaborate on cross-platform initiatives, contributing to both Android and iOS codebases when necessary.Analyze and optimize high-volume mobile systems for performance and scalability.Refactor and revitalize codebases as technology evolves.Lead development efforts for new products and enhancements to existing products in response to market changes.Troubleshoot and resolve system failures, ensuring high-quality user experiences.Who You Are:A seasoned Android developer with 5+ years of experience in Kotlin development.Strong architecture design skills and ability to build reusable UI components.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.A self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and passion for innovation.What We OfferAs an Android Engineer at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with a talented team of engineers, designers, and product managers, and contribute to the development of innovative mobile applications.Our team values collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.We offer a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
