Job Title: Language Specialist">About the Role:">We are seeking highly skilled linguists to contribute to large language model (LLM) training and enhancement.As a key member of our team, you will evaluate prompts, rate AI-generated outputs, and create content to refine AI performance.">">Evaluate prompts and responses generated by AI models for linguistic accuracy, coherence, and contextual relevance.">Serve as a rater by providing structured feedback on AI outputs, identifying errors, biases, or inconsistencies.">Develop, edit, and curate high-quality content for training datasets across diverse domains.">Collaborate with cross-functional teams of linguists, data annotators, and AI researchers.">Ensure cultural and linguistic nuances are well-represented in model training.">Follow established guidelines while also contributing feedback to improve evaluation frameworks.">">Qualifications:">">A master's degree (or higher) in linguistics, language studies, translation, or a related field.">A strong command of written and spoken language with excellent grammar and stylistic skills.">Experience in content writing, editing, or evaluation is preferred.">An analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic issues.">An interest in AI, natural language processing (NLP), or large language models is a plus.">
