Greif offers a great working environment and the opportunity to make an immediate impact at a company where your ideas are always welcome.Job Requisition # :****** IT Vendor Management Analyst (Open)Job Description :Founded in ****, Greif is a global leader in performance packaging located in 40 countries.The company delivers trusted, innovative, and tailored solutions that support some of the world's most demanding and fastest-growing industries.With a commitment to legendary customer service, operational excellence, and global sustainability, Greif packages life's essentials – and creates lasting value for its colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.OUR VISION :Being the best customer service company in the world.OUR PURPOSE :Create packaging solutions for life's essentials.ROLE OVERVIEW :The IT Vendor Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the lifecycle of IT vendor relationships, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and risk management.This role ensures that vendors deliver maximum value to the organization while complying with contractual obligations and internal policies.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :Vendor Evaluation & Selection -Assist in the evaluation and selection of IT vendors based on business needs, cost-effectiveness, and risk profile.Support RFP / RFI processes and vendor due diligence.Contract ManagementReview and track IT vendor contracts, ensuring terms and service levels are met.Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to negotiate favorable terms.Performance MonitoringMonitor vendor performance using KPIs and SLAs.Support regular vendor reviews and elevate issues as needed.Risk & ComplianceIdentify and mitigate risks associated with third-party vendors.Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.Financial OversightTrack vendor spend and assist in budgeting and forecasting.Analyze cost-saving opportunities and support invoice reconciliation.Stakeholder CollaborationAct as a liaison between IT, procurement, finance, and business units.Provide reporting and insights to support strategic vendor decisions.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE :Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or 2-4 years of experience in IT vendor management, procurement, or contract administration.KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS :Good understanding of IT products, services, and vendor contracts.Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.Familiarity with vendor risk management frameworks and compliance standards (, GDPR, SOC 2).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and vendor management tools (, Ivanti, Coupa, OneTrust).At Greif , your work has purpose, colleagues care about your well-being, and you have the opportunity to grow and thrive.Service and leadership are the core of everything we do.Our global presence provides us a platform to do good in the world.EEO Statement :#J-*****-Ljbffr
