Frontend Developer PositionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ReactJS and a passion for creating efficient, scalable, and user-friendly applications.The primary responsibilities of this role include developing and maintaining front-end applications using ReactJS, implementing and managing micro frontends, writing efficient and reusable CSS and Sass code, and utilizing styled-components for component styling.The ideal candidate will also be able to collaborate with design and backend teams to create complete solutions, participate in code reviews, and ensure high-quality code.RequirementsThe following skills and qualifications are required for this position:Solid experience with ReactJS is essential.Knowledge of micro frontends is also necessary.Proficiency in CSS, Sass, and styled-components is required.Experience with design systems is beneficial.Proficiency in version control (Git) is also necessary.Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.CompetenciesThe successful candidate will possess the following competencies:Technical Leadership: Ability to guide and mentor junior and intermediate developers.Problem Solving: Skill in identifying complex problems and proposing effective solutions.Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication to document processes and interact with the team.Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Attention to Detail: Focus on details to ensure code quality and consistency.Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with different teams, including designers, backend developers, and product managers.
