Legal Assistant for Law Firms Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled Legal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to attorneys, conduct legal research, draft documents, and maintain client files.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough legal research and prepare various legal documents
2. Manage and organize case files and documents
3. Communicate with clients for information gathering and updates
4. Handle clerical tasks, manage calendars, and answer phone calls
5. Assist attorneys in preparing for court by organizing documents and coordinating logistics
6. Ensure legal compliance and assist in filing documents with courts Requirements:
1. At least 1 year of related experience or a related degree
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
3. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
4. Strong organizational abilities
