We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our organization.Key Responsibilities:Deliver customer support for industry-leading software productsTriage reported end-user customer incidentsWork on technical issues and support the client feedback loop processIn this role, you will be responsible for helping secure revenue by means of customer retention, providing incident queue management, utilizing troubleshooting skills, and managing complex issues to drive escalations to resolution.You will work closely with the operations team to ensure software lives up to its world-class reputation.
Additionally, you will have opportunities to build cross-application knowledge among core application modules.Requirements:Excellent English verbal and written skills1 to 3 years of Level 1 software support experienceBasic skills in using Microsoft Office SuiteA drive to continue learning in the software businessWe offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment where you can grow your skills and experiences building software.
