Senior Asset Manager

About this role:As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of company assets and materials.This includes inventory control, maintenance, recycling, disposal, and system operations to ensure asset security, compliance, and efficient utilization.Your duties will encompass:Managing the flow of materials, verifying accuracy against system records and purchase orders, and establishing asset cards in a timely manner.Oversight of material recycling and optimal allocation of idle resources.Tracking material maintenance activities, assigning personnel, monitoring progress, and collecting data for analysis.Review and handling of scrapped materials according to established procedures.Providing guidance and supervision on departmental material and asset management.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher; at least five years' experience in asset management or administrative management is preferred.Familiarity with asset management processes and proficiency in asset management systems and computer operations, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).Solid understanding of asset management principles, including definition, classification, management methods, and lifecycle concept.We value diversity and believe it drives innovation.We strive to create an inclusive environment where all voices are heard and respected.
