MULTIVAC is a global reference in solutions for the food industry, with strong expertise in packaging technology and process automation.The company is looking for a Field Service Technician with hands-on technical knowledge of equipment used in the bakery sector, such as ovens, mixers, kneaders, sheeters, cutting tables, and proofing chambers.This professional will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, safety, and production continuity at client sites, providing both technical and consultative support in the field.Responsibilities:Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on bakery equipmentDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faultsPrepare technical reports and suggest improvements for equipment and processesTrain operators on preventive maintenance practicesFollow service execution schedules and ensure operational efficiencyWork in accordance with technical and safety regulations (NR-12, NR-06, NR-10)Maintain close and professional relationships with clientsOversee mechanical operations to ensure proper equipment functioningBe available for service calls and travel as per internal schedulingMonitor KPIs and propose actions to optimize service processesSafeguard internal and client information securityRequirements:Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electronics, or related fieldsProven experience in maintaining bakery equipment or related industriesBasic technical knowledge of baking processes: dough types, fermentation, baking, and quality controlSkilled in diagnostics, tools, and testing equipmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsKnowledge of safety standards applicable to the field (NR-12, NR-06, NR-10)Basic English is a plus Location: Variable, with availability for domestic travel based on client demand Work model: On-site, field-based Employment type: Full-time | CLT contract
