Hogarth Worldwide is the world's leading creative content production company.Born to make the best work brilliantly, we combine craft, insight and technology to bring creative work to life for many of the world's most famous brands.**A Hybrid working model**Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week.The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people.Please speak to the Talent Acquisition team to find out more information.**What does this position do at Hogarth**:The Senior Technical Lead will be a key player on a global account liaising in between the offshore development team and the client.This person needs to have strong hands-on development experience with client facing skills, driving the technical standpoint with client and Hogarth teams.Serves as a day-by-day point of contact for the client in North America and liaison to the off-shore development and testing teams in Brazil and other countries.**Key Areas of Responsibility**: - Serves as a day-by-day point of contact for the client in North America;- Conduct sustem wide requirement analysis and communicate the same to the offshore team during the initial requirement gathering stage;- Actively participate in architectural design sessions and discussions during the planning phase of projects - Co-ordinate with offshore PM/BA/Tech Leads in preparing milestones and overall project plans;- Drive the Technical Leads of this account on technical best practices;- Clarify all unknown areas, which are communicated by the offshore team, from the customer;- Assist Project Owner/Project Managers/Business Analysts in project coordination;- Escalate any risks and issues as and when they are identified, to the project management team;- Work diligently towards better relationship with the customer;- Take part in customer satisfaction surveys and provide constructive feedback;**Reporting Lines and Key Stakeholders**:This role reports to the Software Engineer Manager in Brazil; You will work closely with Brazil and US teams;**English**:Fluent / **Spanish**: No**Technical Skills/Requirements**: - Solid experience in Drupal 8, Docker, GIT, Laravel 5.4+, Linux, PHP5+, Postgres/SQL/MySql, DevOps;- 5+ Years of IT Industry experience including experience in North America based software development work;- Experience in working with offshore development teams;- Solid ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions;- Sound interpersonal and team working skills;- Strong problem solving skills;- Easily adoptable to company culture;- Quality, on time delivery of agreed deliverables;- Contribute to the company knowledge base and process improvements.LI-VB1 #LI-HYBRID**Diversity and Inclusion**:**Hogarth is committed to diversity and inclusion, through our ideas, our people, how we behave and conduct ourselves.Creating a truly inclusive culture at all levels of the organisation that encourages different points of view, making Hogarth not only a better company and place to work but an environment where everyone experiences connection, opportunity and a sense of belonging.**:**Data**:
