At Hudson RPO, we embrace curiosity, think differently, and shape the future of talent.What you'll do:Lead and oversee the recruitment team supporting one of our major clients in the pharmaceutical industry.Manage end-to-end recruiting processes across multiple functions and seniority levels, ensuring delivery of high-quality candidates.Develop and implement strategic sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the pharmaceutical sector.Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing insights and guidance throughout the hiring process.Monitor team performance metrics, streamline processes, and continuously improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.Collaborate with client leadership to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives and talent needs.You'll be someone who can bring:5+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry.Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience leading or mentoring recruiting teams.Successful track record in managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles and seniority levels.Expert knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and tools (ATS, Linked In Recruiter, etc.).Excellent relationship management and stakeholder influencing skills.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.About you:You are a proactive leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for talent acquisition.You excel at coaching, motivating, and developing team members.You are adaptable, metrics-driven, and thrive in fast-paced, hybrid environments.You have excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry landscape.Location: São Paulo, Brazil — hybrid role (office and remote work).Why you'll love working for Hudson RPO:Lead impactful recruiting projects with some of the world's premier pharmaceutical companies.Work in a flexible, inclusive, and values-driven environment.Be recognized and rewarded for your leadership and team achievements through quarterly and annual programs.Join a passionate, innovative team dedicated to shaping the future of talent.A little bit about us:At Hudson RPO, we are shaping the future of talent.
