About Our CompanyWe are a global leader in the development and manufacturing of cutting-edge equipment and services for agriculture and construction.Our mission is to empower customers to achieve their goals through innovative solutions, sustainability, and productivity.Our team consists of diverse and talented professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the world.We strive to deliver exceptional results by leveraging our core strengths: innovation, technology, and collaboration.Precision farming solutionsDigital transformation servicesSustainable practicesKey Responsibilities:Analyze complex business situations and develop data-driven solutions using various digital tools and technologies.Design and implement AI/ML models for risk mitigation and credit assessment.Collaborate with IT teams to create structured data, perform data maintenance, and consult on best practices for data retention.Develop and present high-quality reports, graphs, and charts to stakeholders.Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of risk tools and their application in underwriting and collection areas.Maintain accurate records and procedures.RequirementsMaster's or bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline or related fields (e.g. Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science etc.)Experience working with Azure Databricks, SAS, AWS, Python, and other software languages.Familiarity with data querying dashboard development.Ability to create engaging presentations for delivering results to stakeholders.
