About Invisto Invisto is a real estate investment platform focused on urban infill developments in the U.S. , specializing in high-end single-family homes in desirable, established neighborhoods in Florida — including Winter Park, Orlando, and Tampa.One of our key differentiators is our commitment to architecture and design .We work with a team of experienced in-house and external architects and designers to develop our projects.Our close collaboration with U.S.-based construction teams and American engineers ensures full integration across disciplines.We also stay connected to the cutting edge of American residential design — constantly monitoring trends, influencers, and the preferences of high-end homebuyers.Position Overview We are looking for a talented and driven Civil Engineer to join our high-end residential design team in Florida (USA).This is a unique opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and local consultants to bring exceptional homes to life in some of Florida's most prestigious neighborhoods.The professional will be responsible for supporting the technical development, 3D modeling, and coordination of all project disciplines, ensuring that every solution aligns with the defined scope, quality standards, and local building codes.We seek someone with strong analytical skills, solid technical background, and a construction-oriented mindset, capable of anticipating design conflicts, proposing smart solutions, and contributing to the excellence of our residential projects.Main responsibilities Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) plans.Develop and/or review the 3D modeling of complementary disciplines, ensuring proper coordination and clash detection across all systems.Ensure full alignment and compatibility between all design disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.Follow up on outstanding items with external designers, engineers, and suppliers.Provide technical guidance to the architectural team during project development.Support the construction team with technical input during field execution.Assist in technical decisions related to finishes, materials, and equipment.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.Advanced English.Experience in development and coordination of construction projects.Solid knowledge of applicable codes and technical standards.Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity.Experience with high-end residential projects and grading projects would be an advantage.What We Offer Opportunity to join a fast-growing company and a reference in urban infill development in the U.S. A learning-driven environment with direct collaboration between U.S. and Brazil-based teams.Real potential for international career growth.A dynamic, high-performance, entrepreneurial culture.Hybrid work model: remote flexibility combined with in-office presence in São Paulo/SP.
