Project Analyst - Mid-Level We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Mid-Level Project Analyst to join our team.
This role is key to supporting the management and execution of strategic initiatives, with a strong emphasis on technology and information systems.
The ideal candidate will bring solid experience across the entire project lifecycle—from initial planning to final delivery—ensuring alignment with industry best practices and corporate governance standards.You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, driving results through structured methodologies and a hands-on approach.

Requirements & Qualifications Professional ExperienceProven experience in project management, preferably within technology environments.Hands-on experience working with both traditional methodologies (e.g., PMBOK) and Agile frameworks.Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar platforms.
Technical KnowledgeSolid understanding of IT Governance and frameworks such as COBIT or ITIL.Familiarity with the structure and operations of a Project Management Office (PMO).
Strong grasp of the Information Systems development lifecycle.Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Totvs, or equivalents), including key modules.Proficiency in Agile methodologies and related frameworks Key Responsibilities Project Management & PMO SupportLead the planning, execution, and monitoring of medium to high-complexity projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in standardizing and continuously improving project methodologies, processes, and tools.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, risk assessments, RACI matrices, and status reports.Monitor and report on project KPIs, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
Governance & Information SystemsEnsure project compliance with IT governance policies and information security standards.Act as a strategic liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating requirement gathering and system implementation.Participate in system rollouts, upgrades, and migrations, including integration with ERP platforms.
Agile Practices & Team CollaborationApply Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) to enhance delivery efficiency and promote continuous value creation.Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, when applicable.Collaborate on team management, supporting resource allocation, motivating team members, and resolving conflicts to foster a productive and inclusive work environment.
LanguagesAdvanced English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking is mandatory.
Preferred QualificationsPostgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management.Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) and/or Agile Methodologies (e.g., CSM, PSM).
Experience working on international projects.
