As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in driving growth and efficiency across our markets.Key Responsibilities:Growth Support: Collaborate with US Operations teams to deliver timely results and enhance day-to-day operations.Automation Implementation: Develop process improvements by implementing automations for growth-related tasks and portfolio changes.Data Analysis: Analyze data to create insightful reports for leadership, effectively communicating trends, patterns, and predictions.Process Standardization: Implement standardized ways of working across markets to boost timeliness and execution on furnishing and move-outs.Audit and Data Management: Perform audits to improve data metrics for guests and internal teams, ensuring timely data collection.Unit Setup: Enter unit/building/process information, guaranteeing accurate completion and clarity for other teams.Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with operational team members and organizational leaders to identify gaps and opportunities for process enhancements.Additional Administrative Tasks:Utility and Telecommunication Setup: Complete utility and telecommunication setups for new units, including online portal creation, payment setup, and data input into the internal system.Package Setup: Complete package setups for new units, including online portal creation, payment setup, and data input into the internal system.Account Cancellation: Cancel utility and telecommunication accounts for move-outs.Furnishing and Onboarding Scheduling: Schedule furnishing and onboarding tasks and move-outs, communicate with third-party vendors and buildings, input data into the system, and track disposal and data related to move-outs.Ad-Hoc Projects: Provide support to Central Operations, OPS local team, and finance/accounting with ad-hoc projects.Requirements:We are seeking a highly organized and analytical individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate should have proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in operations or a related field.The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving abilities.Benefits:We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
