About Thunderly Marketing At Thunderly Marketing, we focus on measurable business results, not vanity metrics.We partner closely with clients to drive revenue through smart media buying, creative testing, and continuous optimization.Our culture is built on ownership, transparency, experimentation, and high performance standards.Responsibilities As Head of Performance Marketing, you will :Own the overall performance marketing strategy across all client accountsLead, mentor, and scale a team of performance marketersDevelop frameworks, SOPs, and best practices for campaign executionOversee budgets, forecasting, and core KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV)Drive testing roadmaps across creatives, audiences, and funnelsEnsure high-quality reporting and client communication standardsCollaborate with creative, CRO, and analytics teamsIdentify new growth opportunities and emerging platformsSupport sales and onboarding with strategic inputAct as senior performance advisor for key client accountsRequirements 6+ years of experience in performance marketingProven leadership experience managing paid media teamsDeep hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platformsStrong strategic mindset with data-first decision makingTrack record of scaling ad budgets profitablyAgency experience preferredExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable in fast-paced, remote or hybrid environmentsWhat We Offer Competitive salary and performance incentivesRemote or hybrid working modelLeadership role with real impact on company growthOpportunity to build and shape a departmentClear executive career pathLearning and development budge#J-*****-Ljbffr
