Join London Flats DFM as a Financial AnalystAbout the role:We're looking for a focused and proactive Financial Analyst to help us keep our finances organised and running smoothly.About us:London Flats DFM is a growing real estate company operating in London and, more recently, Curitiba.With over 11 years of industry experience, we're committed to professionalism, integrity, and delivering high-quality service.What we offer:• A dynamic role in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment• Direct collaboration with the CEO on financial processes• Competitive salary• Skill development in financial reporting, cost control, and planning• 100% remote work – flexibility to work from anywhereKey responsibilities:• Monitor and record the company's financial transactions, including property operations• Manage operational expenses and rent collections, including transfers and overdue cases• Maintain accurate records in the internal system (Buildium)• Process payments to landlords, employees, contractors, and suppliers• Prepare financial reports and ensure accuracy in records• Support management with financial analysis and profitability indicators• Support auditing, planning, budgeting, and cost-control activities• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and liaise with external accountants when requiredWhat we expect from you:• Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field• Solid understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles• Experience in business finance• Strong Excel skills• Excellent communication skills in English (writing and reading), particularly in Business and Financial contexts• Solid organisation and a working plan to be shared daily with the CEOOther information:• Working hours: 40 h/week• Workdays: Monday to Friday• Work model: Independent contractor (PJ in Brazil)
