ATENÇÃOEstamos em busca de um(a)DevOps Engineerpara atuar no gerenciamento de infraestrutura e na sustentação de ambientes, além de apoiar o desenvolvimento e a evolução dos nossos produtos digitais.Procuramos alguém com perfiltécnico, analítico e colaborativo, capaz de lidar com desafios decloud computing, segurança, automação e redes, contribuindo tanto na prevenção de incidentes quanto na escalabilidade dos sistemas.SUAS TAREFAS DO DIA, ENVOLVEM....Infraestrutura Cloud e Física:implementar, gerenciar e otimizar ambientes em nuvem e físicos, garantindo disponibilidade, segurança e escalabilidade.CI/CD e Automação:criar e manter pipelines modulares (GitHub Actions), com execução de testes automatizados, análise de código e deploys estáveis.Containers e Ambientes:padronizar imagens Docker, ambientes de desenvolvimento e boas práticas de segurança.Monitoramento e Observabilidade:estruturar soluções de monitoramento (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, DataDog, Zabbix), acompanhar métricas críticas e garantir visibilidade dos serviços.Segurança:revisar políticas de acesso e permissões, aplicar práticas de segurança preventiva e atuar na mitigação rápida de incidentes (PFsense e outros Firewalls).Infra híbrida (Cloud + On-Premise):dar suporte também a ambientes legados e físicos, auxiliando na gestão de redes, servidores Linux/Windows, backups e firewall.Colaboração com o time de produto:apoiar devs em soluções de infraestrutura, automação de processos e performance.O que esperamos de você?Experiência sólida eminfraestrutura de servidores cloud e físicos(Linux, redes, segurança, firewall).Prática comDockere pipelines deCI/CD(GitHub Actions ou similares).Vivência commonitoramento e observabilidade(Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, DataDog, etc.).Conhecimento deautomação de processos(scripting com Bash, PowerShell, Python ou PHP).Capacidade de atuar emambientes multicloud e híbridos(cloud + on-premises).Visão analítica e habilidade parasolucionar problemas em ambientes críticos.Perfilcurioso, autodidata e colaborativo, disposto a crescer junto com a empresa.DiferenciaisExperiência com segurança em ambientes produtivos.Conhecimento em VMware e redes corporativas (Cisco, Fortinet).Experiência em empresas de tecnologia, startups ou software houses.O que a Schmah Sondahl irá te oferecer?Oportunidade de ser peça-chave em uma startup em crescimento acelerado.Participação em projetos estratégicos tanto para a imobiliária parceira quanto para a expansão dos nossos produtos digitais.Ambiente inovador, dinâmico e colaborativo, com espaço para experimentação e aprendizado constante.Modelo de trabalho: Presencial (Curitiba/PR) – com flexibilidade.
