About the RoleOlly is a digital marketing company serving small businesses across the United States.We've built our reputation on transparency, results, and making sophisticated marketing accessible to business owners who need to focus on running their companies, not learning marketing complexities.We're seeking an exceptional WordPress developer who can lead our landing page creation and optimization function.This person will manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.Design, build, and deploy high-converting landing pages optimized for paid traffic from Meta, Google, and other advertising platforms.Own the complete technical implementation of marketing campaigns from concept through launch.Ensure pixel-perfect tracking setup across all campaigns, including Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and retargeting audiences.Implement and troubleshoot complex tracking scenarios, including server-side tracking, UTM parameters, and multi-touch attribution.Optimize landing page performance for speed, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rates.Conduct A/B testing and implement rapid iterations based on campaign performance data.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain seamless integrations between landing pages and HubSpot CRM.Ensure accurate lead capture, form submissions, and data synchronization.Implement and validate proper lead source attribution and campaign tracking in HubSpot.Create custom workflows and automations to support campaign objectives.Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure marketing attribution accuracy.Leadership & ManagementLead and mentor a team of two WordPress developers.Manage workload distribution across multiple concurrent projects and campaigns.Establish and enforce development standards, quality assurance protocols, and best practices.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.Create project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of campaign assets.Serve as the escalation point for complex technical challenges.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.This is a full-time remote position, though you'll be working closely with team members across time zones.We value directness, authenticity, and results over politics or polish.We're building something meaningful for small business owners who are often underserved by the marketing industry.We expect excellence but also recognize that real growth happens when people are supported, challenged, and given autonomy to do their best work.
