Job Overview">We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing distributed systems, ensuring high availability and scalability.As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our development hub in Brazil and operations spanning Europe and the US.Design and implement distributed systems, utilizing cloud-based technologies such as Azure.Tune storage and performance, optimizing IOPS/throughput using Premium SSD v2/Ultra Disk.Build secure private networking with VNets, subnets, Azure CNI, Network Security Groups, Private Endpoints/Private Link, NAT Gateway, and VNet peering/ExpressRoute.Expose RPC/WS endpoints through Azure Application Gateway or Nginx Ingress with Web Application Firewall (WAF), mTLS rate limits, and IP allowlists.Manage validator keys and app secrets with Azure Key Vault/Managed HSM, Managed Identities, and least-privilege RBAC via Microsoft Entra ID.Ship immutable releases using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps Pipelines, ACR (image signing/scan), Helm, and Argo CD/or Flux.Wire up Azure Monitor+Log Analytics, Managed Prometheus/Grafana (or self-managed Prometheus/Grafana), OpenTelemetry traces, Alert rules runbooks SLOs/error budgets.Required Skills and Qualifications4+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform roles running distributed systems in production.Hands-on experience operating EVM nodes (preferably Besu) and tuning storage/IO txpool and pruning/archive modes.Strong Azure background AKS VNet/NSG/Private Link Key Vault ACR Azure Monitor/Log Analytics and Application Gateway/WAF.Solid Linux and networking fundamentals TLS DNS routing firewalls load balancing.Proven observability practice metrics logs traces actionable alerting SLOs/runbooks.Excellent written and spoken English daily collaboration across teams.BenefitsOur company offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including comprehensive health insurance and retirement plans.You will have access to cutting-edge technology and tools, allowing you to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments.In addition to your technical skills, we value teamwork, communication, and adaptability.Our company culture encourages creativity and innovation, providing opportunities for growth and professional development.OthersAs a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of new projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.You will also have the opportunity to share your expertise with junior engineers, participating in knowledge-sharing sessions and mentorship programs.
