Role Summary:
Harvest:
Leading team for the execution of harvest operations by ensuring expected productivity, achieving quality standards and costs.
Working with focus on safety and improvement continues.
Forestry:
Contribute to forestry activities, supporting supervisors, through monitoring and control of the activities developed in the field, acting under guidance, aiming at continuous control and improvement of processes
Logistics:
Monitoring the loading, transportation and maintenance activities, aiming at the good process of processes, with the allocation of human resources and materials rationally.
Ensuring the implementation of planned activities, quality, safety and continuous improvement.

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: Harvest: Leading team for the execution of harvest operations by ensuring expected productivity, achieving quality standards and costs.

Forestry: Contribute to forestry activities, supporting supervisors, through monitoring and control of the activities developed in the field, acting under guidance, aiming at continuous control and improvement of processes Logistics: Monitoring the loading, transportation and maintenance activities, aiming at the good process of processes, with the allocation of human resources and materials rationally.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: - A basic school certificate.
- Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.
