We are seeking a seasoned software professional to spearhead the development of our core platform, empowering utilities to transition from legacy systems to an AI-driven future.Key ResponsibilitiesFront-End Development: Design and implement scalable front-end applications using React.Back-End Architecture & Development: Craft robust APIs, services, and distributed systems utilizing Golang as the primary back-end technology.Ai Integration: Collaborate with AI engineers to seamlessly integrate models, embeddings, and agent services into back-end systems.System Modernization: Transform legacy workflows into modern, secure, scalable codebases adhering to cloud-native best practices.Security & Compliance: Partner with security leaders to ensure all services align with stringent utility-sector regulations.Agile Delivery: Deliver features and improvements in cycles measured in weeks, balancing speed with reliability.We are looking for an experienced engineer with a strong background in React.js, proficiency with either Golang, Node.js, or Java, and a willingness to adopt Golang as the primary back-end technology.The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, 5+ years of software engineering experience in SaaS or enterprise environments, and a solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), message queues, and distributed architectures.We offer a dynamic, fast-growing entrepreneurial company culture, a highly collaborative learning environment, and opportunities for growth and development.
