We are looking for the right people — people who want to innovate, achieve, grow and lead.We attract and retain the best talent by investing in our employees and empowering them to develop themselves and their careers.Experience the challenges, rewards and opportunity of working for one of the world's largest providers of products and services to the global energy industry.Job Duties Atua rotineiramente em diferentes tipos de locais de poço, tanto onshore quanto offshore.Coordena e supervisiona as atividades da linha de serviços de Testing Subsea (Surface Well Testing) no local do poço e no campo base.É responsável pelo planejamento das operações, incluindo a preparação e configuração dos equipamentos, direcionamento das atividades no local do poço e suporte técnico e operacional ao cliente.Executa e supervisiona atividades relacionadas à manutenção, montagem, testes e operação dos equipamentos no local do cliente e no campo base.Atua no treinamento e desenvolvimento de equipe.Monitora instrumentos operacionais e realiza cálculos necessários para assegurar a qualidade dos dados e dos resultados da operação.Mantém interface direta com o cliente, prestando consultoria sobre serviços e produtos.Assegura a correta manutenção dos equipamentos sob sua responsabilidade e monitora o cumprimento das normas, procedimentos de segurança e requisitos operacionais.Auxilia no carregamento, preparação e mobilização dos equipamentos da linha de serviços Testing Subsea (SWT) para as operações.Conduz reuniões de segurança pré-operação, revisa e valida o plano de trabalho junto ao representante do cliente, gerencia eventuais alterações no escopo, verifica os equipamentos conforme o plano de trabalho e garante o correto preenchimento de toda a documentação operacional, incluindo Ordem de Serviço, Relatórios de Operação, Métricas/KPIs, Diário de Bordo e Relatório Final.Demonstra conhecimento em hidráulica de fundo de poço, incluindo cálculos básicos da operação e funcionamento básico do sistema de Prevenção de Blowout (BOP).Qualifications Formação técnica completa, com CFT ativo.Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência em Surface Well Testing.Experiência na realização de testes de pressão em equipamentos.Capacidade de interpretar diagramas e esquemas técnicos.Habilidade para identificar equipamentos auxiliares e conjuntos utilizados em testes básicos de poços.Excelentes habilidades de liderança e comunicação.Domínio do Pacote Microsoft Office.Inglês intermediário.Halliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, disability, genetic information, pregnancy, citizenship, marital status, sex/gender, sexual preference/ orientation, gender identity, age, veteran status, national origin, or any other status protected by law or regulation .Location Av Pref Ar Fer Silva ****, Macae, Rio de Janeiro, *********, Brazil Job Details Requisition Number: ****** Experience Level: Entry-Level Job Family: Operations Product Service Line: [[division]] Full Time / Part Time: Full Time Additional Locations for this position: Compensation Information Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
