Transportation Management ConsultantWe are seeking a skilled Transportation Management Consultant to join our team.About the role:This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned consultant with expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) to work with our global clients.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing OTM solutions that meet our clients' transportation management needs.Key Responsibilities:Implement and manage OTM solutions for clientsAnalyze client requirements and provide customized OTM solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of OTM solutionsProvide training and support to clients on OTM usageIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as neededRequired Skills and Qualifications:Advanced English language skills (C1 level)Mandatory: Oracle/SQL database knowledgeExperience with OTM on-premise and cloud systemsConfiguration of OTM functionalities: OTM Planning, bulk plan parameter tuning, Rates & Routes, Itinerary (Multi-stop, Multi-leg, Consolidation pool, De-consolidation, Cross-docking)Extensive experience in Oracle Transport Management across various modules such as Order Management, Shipment Management, Contract Rate Management, Business Process Automation, Configuration, and AdministrationExcellent communication skills in English and technical know-howExtensive experience with XML, XSL, and XPATH to troubleshoot and resolve OTM functionality issuesWorkflow Changes (Agents, Events, Actions): Skilled in modifying workflows using agents, events, and actionsProficient in writing SQL queriesBenefits:Vale RefeiçãoVale AlimentaçãoAssistência MédicaAssistência OdontológicaSeguro de VidaGym PassAuxílio PetOthers:Incentive for study after completing 1 year at DexianDevelopment and training programLeadership development through our Leadership Track
