Somos a Nortrez e para nós, as pessoas são a base de tudo.Somos especialistas no mercado SaaS e atuamos em toda a América Latina há mais de uma década.Acreditamos que tudo só faz sentido quando criamos boas experiências para clientes, clientes dos nossos clientes e para quem trabalha conosco.Criamos um ecossistema de trabalho diversificado, inclusivo e de perspectivas únicas.Impulsionamos a carreira e o desenvolvimento pessoal de nossos colaboradores.Somos movidos pela proximidade, respeito e transparência – é disso que vem nossa força.Acredita nesse propósito?Confira a descrição da nossa oportunidade.Sua função será:- Atuar como ponte entre as áreas comercial e técnica, apoiando a equipe de vendas com insights e validações técnicas.- Conduzir demonstrações técnicas dos nossos produtos, com foco principal no portfólio Freshworks.- Apoiar a elaboração de propostas e soluções personalizadas com base nas dores e necessidades dos clientes.- Participar de reuniões com leads e prospects, identificando oportunidades de negócios com olhar consultivo.- Mapear e organizar requisitos técnicos, auxiliando na viabilidade de implantação das soluções.- Trabalhar em conjunto com o time de CS e Implementação para garantir uma transição fluida pós-venda.Alguns requisitos:- Inglês intermediário ou avançado (imprescindível para leitura e reuniões com parceiros).- Conhecimento técnico em softwares ou soluções SaaS.- Facilidade de comunicação e relacionamento com áreas comerciais.- Perfil analítico, com capacidade de entender problemas e propor soluções técnicas.- Curiosidade e desejo de aprender continuamente (área nova?
