OverviewLedn is a global financial services company built for digital assets.We offer lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.We are seeking an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate will support end users, manage endpoints, automate identity and access management, and administer cloud-based IT systems and tools.This role reports to the Director of IT.ResponsibilitiesServe as customer-facing, the first line of support; own support via channels such as Slack and Jira; provide an outstanding support experience to employees.Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.) and work with SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Procure and deliver technology equipment; onboard new employees and retrieve tech from outgoing employees.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases.Support and manage cloud-based IT systems and tools; contribute to improvements in identity and access management (IDP/SSO) across platforms (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Set objectives and key results (OKRs) and align them with team and company goals; manage incidents and issues through resolution.Work with Cybersecurity/IT peers and stakeholder teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, HR) and participate in agile project work (sprints, Jira).Troubleshoot using terminal and enterprise macOS expertise; maintain a strong focus on automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code.Provide remote support across multiple countries and time zones; understand networking fundamentals and OSI model troubleshooting.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; experience with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows in Okta; strong API and system integration experience.Remote support experience across multi-country teams; strong communication, clarity, and ability to manage expectations in diverse contexts.Clear written communication (tickets, email, Slack) and customer-focused mindset.Security minded with knowledge of PGP; basic networking and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching).Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and work across multiple teams.Nice to HaveSome familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line tools.Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.Culture & BenefitsCulture fit: adaptable, resilient, collaborative, empathetic, integrity and accountability in handling confidential information.Remote-friendly, global team; equity through shared ownership; remote work up to 180 days (subject to restrictions).Comprehensive rewards package, including PTO and ownership in the company.Inclusive, equal opportunity employer; accommodation requests available throughout the recruitment process.Application NotesWe are a remote-first organization; due to high application volume, only qualified applicants will be contacted.Shortlisted candidates may be asked to submit a short video response and we may review publicly available social media relevant to the role.No agencies or recruiters, and we do not accept unsolicited agency resumes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
