As an Industrial Engineer at SHEIN, you will be responsible for driving process improvements, analyzing data, and developing cost-benefit models to inform business decisions.">About the Role:">Design and optimize warehouse layouts to maximize space utilization and efficiency.Analyze inbound, put-away, picking, and outbound processes to identify areas for improvement.Develop cost-benefit models to evaluate the effectiveness of process changes and recommend investments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes.">Requirements:">Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields.5+ years of experience in warehouse IE, layout design, or process improvement.Familiarity with IE tools such as time studies, motion studies, and capacity balancing.Proficient in AutoCAD/Visio for layout design and Excel/Power BI for data analysis and reporting.Strong numerical analysis and ROI modeling skills.Excellent cross-department communication and coordination skills."),
