Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Junior Lawyer role based in Porto Alegre, RS. The Junior Lawyer will assist with legal research, drafting contracts and legal documents, providing legal advice, and supporting senior attorneys.
Responsibilities
also include reviewing case files, ensuring compliance with regulations, and liaising with clients and regulatory bodies as required. Collaboration with internal teams and contributing to case strategies will also be part of the role. QualificationsKnowledge of legal research and ability to analyze case law, statutes, and regulations.
Experience
with contract drafting, legal document preparation, and corporate compliance. Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. A degree in Law from a recognized institution and a valid license to practice law.
Familiarity with local, state, and federal legal systems is preferred. Proficiency in office software and legal research tools is advantageous.#J-*****-Ljbffr
