Senior ServiceNow DeveloperOur organization is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow IT Specialist to spearhead the development and enhancement of our comprehensive ServiceNow platform.This role requires a deep understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Integrations and related ITOM modules.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop and implement complex ServiceNow ITOM solutions including CMDB Discovery and Service Mapping.Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.Lead the development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.Ensure best practices in coding, testing and deployment.Provide solutions utilizing out-of-the-box features without requiring customizations.Facilitate code reuse, components and proven patterns influence common modeling design and coding practices.Perform upgrade testing by validating customizations, configurations and integrations across major and minor ServiceNow releases.Develop and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites to validate core ServiceNow functionalities ensuring stability and reducing manual regression efforts.Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.Maintain documentation for development and configuration.Required Experience & Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience with focus on ITOM.Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping and Integrations.Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow scripting.Experience with automation and DevOps practices, familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD) code versioning tools such as Git and Agile principles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Able to establish strong relationships internally and externally.Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Experience with AI Virtual Agent Robot Process Automation (RPA).
