Sr.Recruiter and Talent Acquisition SpecialistASMPT is a leading global supplier of hardware and software solutions for the manufacture of semiconductors and electronics.ASMPT in Manaus, Brazil is looking for a Regional Sales Manager.The Regional Sales Manager will sell products, solutions and services to new and/or existing customers directly or through sales channels and establish and/or maintain customer relationships.Key Responsibilities and Duties / Essential Functions:Guide the overall operation of a territory and/or sales channels to ensure the achievement of business targets.Work with channel partners to develop strategic plans to penetrate new customers.Conduct regular business review meetings with each channel partner to cover sales volume plan, key customer activities, target accounts, etc.Guide efforts of sales and support engineers, channel partners, and administrative personnel.Guide brand strategy to meet or exceed objectives established for each brand.Develop growth forecasts for the entire region and/or sales channels to ensure the highest level of service.Maintain current knowledge of market conditions and competitors' activities to develop sales plans that achieve or exceed sales goals.Develop and implement an account development plan that meets and optimizes revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty directly or through channel partners.Track and report ongoing business results compared to the plan's established goals and execute corrective action when needed.Initiate, build, and maintain long-term relationships with the appropriate account decision makers directly or through channel partners.Develop a complete understanding of the organization's structure and key buying influences on assigned accounts.Deliver client presentations explaining the value proposition of product/solution/service offerings.Prepare products and solutions quotes according to customer applications and demands.Maintain sales forecast, customer data and sales process tracking using company CRM tools.Qualifications and Skills Required:Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skillsExcellent presentation skillsSelf-starter with minimal supervision neededCustomer focus and strong value selling capabilitiesDecision making / sound judgmentHands-on skills and ability to navigate through complex problemsStrong analytical backgroundProficient in Microsoft Office programsPractical/theoretical knowledge of Placements / Printers software productsAdvanced MS Office skillsProficient in maintaining sales data in CRM toolMust be fluent in English and Portuguese – speaking, reading and writingMust be able to work overtime and weekends, as neededEducation and Experience:BA/BS Degree in Business or Engineering.MBA preferred.May consider equivalent combination of education and experience.10+ years of successful experience / proven track record in sales of SMT or related production equipmentExtensive knowledge of electronic manufacturing industry and experience in value sellingSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSemiconductor ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at ASMPT SMT Solutions by 2xGet notified about new Sales Manager jobs in Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil.#J-*****-Ljbffr
